Built for East Texas dirt and Cedar Creek Lake weather.
Concrete lives or dies on what's underneath it. Cedar Creek Lake area soil moves with the seasons — pour on native clay without a proper compacted base and your driveway will crack in 18 months. We cut down to stable subgrade, lay 4"–6" of compacted TxDOT flex base, set rebar on chairs (never dropped in wet), and cure properly for Texas heat. Whether it's a lake house patio in Malakoff or a shop slab in Corsicana, the finish looks great and the concrete stays flat.
Contractor-grade materials sourced locally.

Common questions.
How much does a concrete driveway cost in East Texas?+
Standard broom-finish concrete driveways run $7–$12 per square foot installed, including base prep, rebar, and 4" of 3,000 PSI concrete. Stamped or colored concrete runs $12–$20/sf. Prices depend on tear-out, base condition, and access.
How thick should my concrete slab be?+
4" for sidewalks and standard patios, 5" for driveways and RV pads, 6"+ for shops or anything holding trailers/equipment. We reinforce with #4 rebar on a grid and fiber mesh in the mix for crack control.
Do you tear out old concrete?+
Yes — tear-out, haul-off, base re-prep and re-pour is one of our regular scopes. Common on cracked driveways in Athens, Mabank, and older DFW neighborhoods.
Can you do stamped or decorative concrete?+
Yes. Stamped patios, colored concrete, exposed aggregate, and salt-finish. We work with regional suppliers for release agents and integral color.
How long before I can drive on new concrete?+
Foot traffic in 24–48 hours, cars in 7 days, heavy trucks in 28 days. We cure with plastic or curing compound to prevent surface cracking in Texas heat.
