Privacy, wrought iron and ag fencing built to stand in Texas dirt.

Fencing is what we do most. Cedar privacy on galvanized steel posts, welded ornamental iron, pipe and wire ag fence, chain link and custom drive gates — every post concrete-set below the clay movement zone.

Local expertise

Built for East Texas dirt and Cedar Creek Lake weather.

Around Cedar Creek Lake the soil swings from sandy loam to black gumbo clay, and clay is what pushes fences over. A driven post or a wood post set shallow will lean within two seasons in Mabank, Payne Springs or Log Cabin. We dig below the movement zone and set every post in concrete. Out on acreage in Kaufman, Van Zandt and Henderson County the job changes again — pipe corners, H-braces and Class 3 wire that holds cattle and horses without stretching. In the DFW suburbs like Forney, Terrell and Rockwall it's mostly 6' and 8' cedar privacy with steel posts and matching gates. Same crew, different spec.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does a privacy fence cost in Mabank or Gun Barrel City?+

Most 6' cedar privacy fences run $28–$45 per linear foot installed on galvanized steel posts, depending on picket grade, tear-out of the old fence, and how many gates you need. 8' privacy and board-on-board run higher. Estimates are free and on-site.

Do you build wrought iron and ornamental fence?+

Yes. Welded ornamental iron and 6-bar panels for front yards, pool-code enclosures and ranch entries, plus custom drive gates with automatic openers.

What ag and ranch fencing do you install?+

Pipe corners and braces, net wire, barbed wire, no-climb horse fence, cattle guards and corral panels. All Class 3 galvanized wire so it outlasts the farm-store stuff by years.

Why steel posts instead of wood?+

Wood posts rot right at grade and East Texas clay heaves them loose. We set 2⅜" galvanized steel line posts in concrete on nearly every privacy fence — the fence stays straight and stays up in high wind.

Can you repair a storm-damaged fence?+

Yes — section repairs, post resets and full replacements. We photograph and document the damage so you can file an insurance claim if it qualifies.

Do you clear the fence line first?+

We do. Our land clearing crew mulches and grubs the line, then the fence crew sets posts the same trip — one contractor, one bill.
