Why Forney projects are different.
Forney is the fast-growing east DFW suburb on Highway 80. Forney's Blackland Prairie clay is why new-build subdivisions here see so many drainage callbacks — we fix and prevent them.
We roll trucks from Mabank into Forney multiple times a week — dfw metro is our backyard. One local crew, one point of contact, and the same equipment we use on every job from a homeowner french drain to a full barndominium build.

Fencing materials we install on every Forney, TX job.
Fencing is our main line of work, and in Forney, TX the difference between a fence that stands 20 years and one that leans in two is what's underground. Kaufman County clay heaves, so every post we set in Forney is dug below the movement zone and set in concrete — no driven posts, no shortcuts.
- #1-grade western red cedar pickets
Rot-resistant #1 cedar for Forney privacy fences — no thin-cut whitewood that cups in the first summer.
- Galvanized 2⅜" steel line posts
Steel posts instead of wood on nearly every Forney privacy fence — they don't rot at grade and they hold the line in high wind.
- 2⅞" schedule 40 pipe & 6-bar iron panels
Used on Forney ranch entries, wrought iron runs and pool-code fencing — welded, primed and painted on site.
- Class 3 galvanized field & barbed wire
Class 3 coating for Forney-area ag fence: it lasts roughly three times longer than the Class 1 wire sold at farm stores.
- Hot-dip galvanized chain link fabric
For Forney commercial yards, kennels and equipment storage where visibility matters more than privacy.
- Concrete post-set mix (3,000 PSI)
Every post on a Forney job is concrete-set — depth matched to the soil we hit on that lot.
- Powder-coated hinges, latches & gate hardware
Heavy hardware on Forney gates so a 12' drive gate still swings true after a few Texas summers.
Sourced from suppliers serving Forney and Kaufman County so material delivery never bottlenecks your project.
