Built for East Texas dirt and Cedar Creek Lake weather.
Most East Texas projects need three or four trades to line up — grading, drainage, concrete, then hardscape. When each trade is a different company, the schedule slips and nobody owns the mistakes. We run all four in-house. That means the pad drains the way the concrete needs it to, the concrete meets the patio elevation the hardscape needs, and when something has to change on the fly, one foreman makes the call. Lake lots, subdivisions, ag land, and commercial pad sites across Henderson, Kaufman, Van Zandt, and DFW counties.
Contractor-grade materials sourced locally.

- Riprap & gabion stone
- SDR-35 PVC & HDPE pipe
- Ready-mix concrete & rebar
- Belgard pavers & Keystone block
- Corrugated culvert pipe

Common questions.
Are you a licensed general contractor in Texas?+
Texas doesn't require a state GC license for residential site work, but we carry general liability insurance, workers' comp, and pull permits in Henderson, Kaufman, Van Zandt, Anderson and Dallas counties as needed. Certificates available on request.
Can you manage the whole project — dirt, drainage, concrete, and hardscape?+
Yes. That's most of what we do. One crew, one point of contact, one invoice — instead of chasing five subs and hoping the sequencing works.
Do you handle demolition and land clearing?+
Yes — structure demo, slab removal, tree and brush clearing, stump grinding, and haul-off. Common first step on lake lot rebuilds around Cedar Creek.
Do you work on Cedar Creek Lake waterfront projects?+
Yes — bulkheads, boat ramps, lake-edge grading, riprap, and ROLWA-coordinated shoreline work. We know the process.
How do you price projects?+
Fixed-price on defined scopes (grading, drains, concrete pours, walls). Time-and-materials only when scope truly can't be defined up front — and only with your approval and a not-to-exceed cap.
