Built for East Texas dirt and Cedar Creek Lake weather.
Cedar Creek Lake backyards are unique — sloped lake lots, boat access, and full sun most of the year. A patio that works up in Frisco doesn't always fit a lakeside terrace in Gun Barrel City. We design around your lot: retaining walls with proper drain tile and geogrid, patios with a real 4"–6" compacted base and polymeric sand joints, and stone selected to hold color through Texas UV. Built to still look good — and still be level — a decade later.
Contractor-grade materials sourced locally.
- Belgard & Pavestone concrete pavers
- Oklahoma & Arizona flagstone
- Austin stone & Texas limestone
- Keystone, Allan Block & Versa-Lok
- Moss rock boulders
- Polymeric jointing sand
- Geogrid soil reinforcement
- Drainage stone & filter fabric

Common questions.
How much does a paver patio cost around Cedar Creek Lake?+
Concrete paver patios run $18–$32 per square foot installed, depending on paver choice (Belgard, Pavestone), pattern, base depth, and edging. Flagstone patios run $22–$40/sf. We include proper base and polymeric sand.
What's the difference between a retaining wall and a seat wall?+
Retaining walls hold back soil — they need engineered block (Keystone, Allan Block, Versa-Lok), geogrid on taller walls, and gravel backfill with drain pipe. Seat walls are decorative, usually under 24" and don't retain a slope.
How tall of a retaining wall can you build without an engineer?+
In Texas, most jurisdictions require an engineer's stamp for walls over 4 feet exposed height. We build up to code and coordinate engineered drawings for taller walls.
Do you build outdoor kitchens and fire pits?+
Yes — fire pits (wood-burning or gas), pizza ovens, and full outdoor kitchens with stone veneer and countertops. Popular add-on with lake house patios.
What kind of stone do you work with?+
Concrete pavers (Belgard, Pavestone), Oklahoma flagstone, Austin stone, moss rock boulders, cut limestone, and reclaimed stone. We source from regional yards for tight color matching.
